Specializing in 8-course COCKTAIL DINNER-style meals with tasting menus, we will introduce you to our concept and our professional service.
WHAT IS A COCKTAIL PARTY???
The cocktail reception is a reception where guests are not seated at the table but are mainly standing, and are served a variety of salty and sweet, cold or hot "appetizers" as dinner throughout the evening.
NO NEED TO BE SEATED, you can be inside or outside (summer). Our team walks around and makes sure that each guest has received every service.
SERVICE TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 3 hours (we arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and allow approximately 30 minutes at the end to clean up your kitchen and work area)**.
WE SUPPLY plates, glasses, trays, utensils and napkins (disposable).
WE WILL NEED:
- Your oven and bbq (propane if possible)
- Please keep kitchen counters and island clear as much as possible.
- A parking space as close to the main door as possible to facilitate the movement of kitchen equipment and food (if possible please)
- AND ABOVE ALL!!! Your good mood and that you enjoy your evening with friends/family.

MENU #1 QUALITY CONVIVIAL: (subject to change depending on food arrivals)
1.PEDESTAL
Pan-fried in butter, cider vinegar pearl salsa, green apples and
jalapenos, prosciutto chips and smoked chile-lime emulsion.
2.LA TONKINOISE
Wong Ton pork, lightly spiced ponzu sauce, sesame seeds and powder
of Vori.
3.THE "TATACO
Sesame-crusted tuna tataki, Korean spices, cabbage marinated with
ginger, green apple, wafu sauce and corn tacos.
4.RIBS WHISKY
Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce, blue potato chips, apples
dehydrated and smoked bourbon cabbage.
5.LE TROU NORMAND
Mango sorbet with morbleu rum.
6.THE TGGC BURGER
Brioche bread, St-Albert cheddar cheese, iceberg,
Putter's pickles from Ste-Sophie, pickled onions, fried onions and
our famous homemade Bigg Mack sauce.
7. TARTARE CÉSAR
Filet mignon. smoked bacon. cesar sauce and crispy tacos in tulle of
parmesan cheese.
"GRILLED CHEESE
Oka cheese and onion confit with red wine and maple syrup, foie gras mousse, pear compote caramelized with rum, strawberry balsamic salsa and popcorn.

Pan-fried tofu with bbq sauce instead of ribs.

The alcohol is always separate from the sorbet (in our preparation) and if someone doesn't want alcohol, we don't make it for them.

Bean and corn burger instead of beef.
#7.TACO CÉSAR
Beef replaced by beet, no bacon.
#8GRILLED CHEESE
No foie gras
CHILDREN eat for free: Pasta with rosé sauce and Caesar salad or homemade pizza and fries**.
* Possibility of adding adult, child, teenager to the needs the prices will be adjusted accordingly.
